With Mordheim I walked into world setting familiar from Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and fellow gamer had ton of these Mordheim buildings already done.
The setup gives nice atmosphere and gives constantly new ideas for hobby projects.
Had few games with Night Goblins warband. These Coreheim rules seem to work pretty good - straight forward and basic. Easy to pick up and start playing without reading hundreds of pages. My build was boss, shaman, 3 rogues, 3 squigs, 2 fanatics and last but not least: River Troll. Troll and squigs ended up to be the big hitters of this warband, the problem being that neither of them gets any experience... So, good straight out of the box but long term development seems slow.
